Requesting custom work

Custom lighted columns need to be requested through the Project Manager Request form. That will begin the process of determining if we are able to accommodate the request.

Right now, we have four columns at ~2x2x8'. Each column takes 17 panels; four panels per side and one for the top to prevent light spilling. To create cut files, we require a vector graphic to start with. JPG and PNG are not acceptable; only SVG or something like an Adobe Illustrator .AI or .EPS file will work. Time is required to convert those images into useable cut files, but graphic design is not a part of this service. If a design cannot quickly become a cut file, we will have to request help from Creative Services, which pushes back the timeline further.

Once a useable cut file has been created, two business weeks are required per two columns. Estimate at 50 panels max per two weeks. An additional two weeks is required for each set of panels up to the next 50. This will allow time for testing, cutting all panels, and attaching the diffusion gel to the back.

Pricing is at your discretion. Just consider the time to design, create, and set up, as well as the cost of material if a panel is unable to be used again by a different event. Material costs per panel can range $6-14, depending on color and quantity purchased. Some colors require large MOQ from the manufacturers and have shipping lead times as well.
