Lost audio but not connection

This is likely caused by incorrect settings on the latency in your Dante system

• Try setting the latency setting higher in the "Dante Setup" menu on the console
  • The more devices and switches in system, the higher the latency setting needs to be
• Make sure you are using different switches for Primary and Secondary if using Redundancy
• VLANs are NOT a viable solution for Redundancy

Try just using Daisy Chain mode Make sure all devices have their word clock synced to the word clock master. Keep Dante Controller open and monitor the latency on your devices
