Lost audio but not connection

This is likely caused by incorrect settings on the latency in your Dante system

• Try setting the latency setting higher in the "Dante Setup" menu on the console
  • The more devices and switches in system, the higher the latency setting needs to be
• Make sure you are using different switches for Primary and Secondary if using Redundancy
  • VLANs are NOT a viable solution for Redundancy
• Try just using Daisy Chain mode
• Make sure all devices have their word clock synced to the word clock master.
• Keep Dante Controller open and monitor the latency on your devices
