Black Screen and Brightness Stuck at 0% (Theatrixx)

Make sure that the cat5 patch cable between the media player and the panels is there and is clicked into both ports. 

 

Other signs that this is the issue would include an error when you try to adjust the brightness in either Viplex Handy or Viplex Express.
