Transmitter and receiver are not connecting

In most cases either the fiber between the boxes is bad or they are not patched correctly.  Try swapping the fiber connections on one end.  This might align the transmit of one side with the receive on the other if they weren't already.  If this does not work then try different fiber channels if they are available.

Keyboard and mouse are working but it is not passing video.

Make sure you are sending no more than 1080p.  This device does NOT support 4k.  If you are trying to use a mac then HDCP could be causing issues.
