Common Issues

Streaming is dropping a lot of frames or just not working.

Make sure the USB cable you are using is USB 3.  You can check this by going into the streaming menu of the Roland and it will tell you if it is hooked up at USB 3 or USB 2.  You can only stream at 480 using USB 2.  If that is correct and you are still seeing issues then make sure you are not sharing a USB hub on the computer with another high bandwidth device.  If you are then try moving it to another port or use USB C.  USB C typically does not share a hub with any USB A ports on a laptop.

Video is not showing up on the devicedevice.

Ensure that you have correctly selected HDMI or SDI on that input channel. If you are using a 50' HDMI cable make sure you do not have the source end of the cable at the Roland.

The Roland does not recognize the flash drive I want to pull images from.

The Roland is very picky about how it wants the flash drive formatted.  Try formatted the flash drive on the Roland first and then putting you image on it.
