Also called a disco ball, a mirror ball is roughly spherical, and reflects light in many directions. The surface is made of lots of facets, mostly the same size, and mirrored surface. A mirror ball is usually mounted and attached to a device that allows it to rotate, with spotlights illuminating it creating the disco ball effect.
