Common Issues
Poster is flashing while using an external source
Make sure you are sending the poster 1080p60. It does not work well with interlaced or 30 FPS.
Poster is not playing video files I have loaded.
Make sure you are using an MP4 file.
These are not supported formats.
- .M4V
- .MKV
- .MOV
- .SVG
If you are still having issues you might want to try reencoding it to a H.264 codec. Handbrake is a great tool for doing so.
