At the Control table set-up the KVM Switch with power supply
1 USB device cable to connect the KVM to the transmitter using the console connection on the KVM switch
1 USB device cable to connect each laptop to a KVM input
Ignore the VGA connectors on the KVM switch
Use an out put of you switcher to send video to the monitors on the Lectern
Using transmitter and receiver(s) of matching kit number
The transmitter(TX) unit with power supply will be at the KVM switch location
The receiver(RX) with power supply will be at the lectern
Each kit includes 1 set of 1 transmitter paired to 2 receivers
And 1 transmitter paired to a single receiver
When working with dual lecterns on a stage use 1 each of the matching receivers at each lectern
These can be connected directly via CAT5/6 Cable or over an existing network
In the case of dual lecterns a switch needs to be used to connect all 3 devices to the network.
At the Lectern set the 10” Beetronics Monitor and mouse.
Connect these to the receiver
A keyboard can also be connected but is not included in the Kit
If supporting notes view it is helpful to the presenters to add a second Beetronics 10” monitor at the lectern 1 showing notes view and 1 showing the slide view. Try to set these so the mouse moves seamlessly from monitor to monitor.
