Using Moderator View
After logging in using Moderator credentials, you'll be presented with a Session Selection window.
Use the drop-down arrows in each of the three fields to select the correct room, day, and session..

Once all fields are filled in correctly, click Select to continue.

You’ll now see the main screen used to run slides for that session. To better understand the information and available tools, refer to the red numbered indicators (1–8) on the screen. Here's what each number represents:

- Presentation Time - The scheduled start time for each presentation within the session.
- Session Details - Displays the session title, date, time, and room location.
- Presenter View -

- A "1" indicates the presenter has opted not to see their notes during the presentation.
- A "1" and "2" indicate that presenter notes will be visible during the presentation.

- Audio Indicator -
If -
- A red X through the
audiospeakersymboliconhasmeansathe presentation does not include audio.
- Presentation Time - The scheduled start time for each presentation within the session.
- No red X
through it, the presenter indicatedsuggests thatthere will not beaudioin their presentation. If thereisnoincluded,red X,so be preparedfortoaudiosupportsomewhereit.
To launch a presentation, simplypresentation, click the "“Show Presentation"Presentation” button for the desired presentation within the session.appropriate presentation slot.

The presentation is now open.

To get backreturn to the screenModerator toView selectsession screen, either:

To changeswitch sessions,to a different session, click the "Choose Session" button in the bottom left of the screen.

You will be greeted with another selection window. Again, use the arrow drop drop-down list for each fieldarrows to make the proper selections. Then click Select.

The nextnewly selected session's presentationpresentations uploads arewill now onbe screenvisible and ready to go.use.
