These essential shortcuts allow technicians to quickly manage ContentXpress while on-site, ensuring smooth operation and fast responses during showtime.

The local database on each room laptop syncs with the server automatically about once per minute. In most cases, no action is needed. However, if a presenter says they just uploaded a file and you don’t see it yet, try using Refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) to pull in the latest data manually.

If the system is not responding as expected, try closing it out using (Ctrl + Shift + Q) and relaunching it.
