Common Issues

• No signal detected

  • Use the input button to select auto detect or you specific input
  • If you are using a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter at the display this will not work.  The reason for this is that the computer will do the conversion from DP to HDMI but not the other way around with a passive adapter.

• This screen is very Dim

  • Go into the menu and settings of the monitor and choose a different picture option.  The default picture setting out of the box is a very dim but color accurate setting.  Choosing standard mode instead will give you a much brighter image though it will be a bit less color accurate.
